I miss xkill after my recent switch to Wayland. I have yet to find a replacement.
Does CTRL-ALT-ESC still work in Wayland (assuming KDE, might be desktop dependent)
Yep, works in KDE.
On Cinnamon (experimental Wayland) it will only work on the Desktop wallpaper area.
So, you have to start it while your cursor is over the wallpaper, but then you can click on windows to kill them, right?

Doesn’t do anything on GNOME/Wayland for me.
Kinda surprising nobody thought to make a lightgun version of xkill. At least, a few minutes of searching and I can’t find anything
You used to be able to click the wallpaper, and that would kill the DE
Should be pointing at the monitor. Xkill only stops showing the process, it doesn’t kill it.
