Last i checked europe was pretty close to msrp, which is weird because its usually a lot more expensive for us than it is for the usa.
Just checked, rx 9700 xt msrp was around 670 euro (including tax). They are now for sale for 699-717 euro, including what usa calls sales tax.
I call that as close to msrp that youre ever going to get on a product.
Yeah and none of them are available at MSRP so they can go piss off.
