      He was always in a coma. The fake tits woman is a dream and therefore not real. It’s got the bones of a joke, but execution was confusing.

          Glad I wasn’t the only one that needed that little bit of joke explaining. Heh pretty good if you got it without the confusion, I still think it’s good though.
