It’s funny how bubbles can change so much. In my personal experience, most Gen Z people know their way around computers and how to fix stuff. I regularly help my millennial sister with stuff like that.

Again? Isn’t this like the third time already. Give Gemini a break; it seems really unstable
Well, it’s difficult to define movie. There will be the last big blockbuster production. But maybe there will still be a smaller production that counts as blockbuster for some people. There will be documentation of stuff probably, does that count as a movie when people film their last days? I don’t think there will this one clear final movie, but yeah, it will (probably) end eventually.
“So since I’m already here, I might as well at this hotel”
Actually, fair point. While the Anthropic judge case is awful for artists and such, it is actually a great thing for libraries and especially the internet archive, which has faced heavy pressure in the last years.
It’s really ironic that the public good library that has been facing heavy pressure from giant corporations is now… being saved by other giant cooperations which are now deemed more important
While the name Firefox actually comes from a red panda, the official logo is a fox (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/988854)

As someone who has never heard of that: What would have been its advantages over Lemmy?
Now do it by displaying the video directly in the terminal (using colored blocks and the line delete feature like progress bars do) before it’s executed.
Edit: Apparently, mpv can already be used for that, maybe you can use it as dependency :P
(Failed attempts of recovery are not listed)
Would be interesting though
What a coincidence, I’m currently learning GTK4/Libadwaita :>
You work in the US, right?
I’m so sure that this would be absolutely illegal in the EU. Privacy laws are rather strict here and I can’t imagine that it would be legal in any way to say that you’re doing an anonymous survey if it isn’t actually anonymous.
Never worked on Ruby, so I definitely cannot judge it, but that syntax looks so uncomfortable…
