Fairly mixed as far as the news here (UK) goes - that supreme court decision was awful but seeing the protests yesterday really cheered me up. And knowing my friends (the ones I am out to) support me too was really nice

I really appreciate the comment ❤️ Realistically my situation is better than a lot of people’s, but I live in the UK so transitioning via the NHS isn’t reasonably practical, so that means either doing it privately or DIY (my preferred option). Unfortunately both of those cost money and there are too many other expenses at the moment (including but not limited to a dog having chemotherapy). Once it becomes practical I’m going to do it though

It always means a lot to hear this. I’m still of the opinion that the majority are supportive of us, but we need to hear it and, more to the point, we need the majority to show it

The state of the world vis-a-vis trans stuff has me bouncing back and forth between “I guess I’ll just stay in the closet for the foreseeable future” and “keep being bigots, assholes, it’s only making me transer”. I need to pull my finger out and actually figure out DIYing in the UK and then just do it

As far as I know it is a full Mister, just in a PSOne style shell, so it doesn’t just play PSX games - in my experience (having bought the Mister Pi a few months ago) it even runs Sega Saturn and N64 stuff well

I feel that. I came to realise I was transfem earlier last year and I live on TERF Island, so we traded one transphobic government for another one. It’s hard, and I’m still figuring out what I’m going to do about it 🙁
