This patch has been the least I have played any new content. The terrible design choices and technical issues are piling up in a serious way. It’s not cute anymore. It’s frustrating to play.
I took a break at the beginning of summer and came back to enjoy ODSTs and fight some hive lords to find my FPS half of what it used to be. I know the game isn’t great at optimizing anyway, but the tech debt is hitting haaarrddd.
Good riddance. Those things were not fun in the slightest. It was just a slog until your reinforcements ran out. We were actively avoiding those planets.
I am a bit disappointed that my team will miss experiencing these super rupture warriors.
