This is likely bullshit.

Snapdragon X Elite also initially showed spectacular GB6 single thread numbers. Turned out it was a custom device (i.e. cooling that wouldn’t be available in a real laptop) running a custom build of Linux (even to this date Snapdragon X Elite support for Linux is shit).
