Instead software emulation, FPGA emulates with hardware. For me, the best part of it is that FPGA does not have the input lag of software emulation.

Not all textfiles anymore: The journal for instance.
I tried it for about 3 minutes. I had something similar to dizziness the next two ours. The immersion was nice tho.
I can notice lag if I play Super Mario Land on software emulation, Steam Deck, PS Vita, etc. I do not notice any lag with Analogue Pocket. So it is not a waste.
