Yep and it takes about four years for physical progress to slow, even though some alterations will continue. Oestrogen isn’t like serotonin; where increased levels of serotonin cause fairly abrupt changes but the results across those who take SSRI/SNRIs are inconsistent, the results of higher oestrogen levels are slow and hard to notice at first without taking progress photos, but it is consistent, works for everyone, and will be noticeable in a few months. Fr some people censor their content because words can be used by some algorithms as keywords for subjects, and as much as I hate censorship of arbitrary words like expletives, I understand the need to talk about sensitive subjects without said algorithm permanently attracting or associating your content with subjects. Propaganda, for example, may tie your account to geopolitical discourse, when you just want to make impartial dumb memes. The Internet is under too much control sometimes.
