Could the new CHIPS functionality help websites like Microsoft Teams working without you having to enable third-party cookies for their websites? If I understood it correctly this might be exactly the kinda use case but I couldn’t find anything specific online.
Pop!_OS, Fedora, and I think Ubuntu as well have already done this change long ago in this sequence. So no need to switch to Arch. Also, you can edit this manually, it’s just about changing the default.
I still won’t get over it and will keep fighting for JPEG XL. It would fix so many issues and greatly reduce the bandwidth need of the internet while not either having weird licensing or royalties and / or being a „what if we just took one frame from a video“ picture format. Also it can encode back to JPEG lossless for legacy uses. What more could one want?
Are you using GE-Proton? I had this issue when not using the stock Proton. Try switching to Proton 9 and try again.
