IMHO, most anyone posting selfies are looking for attention. There’s nothing wrong with that (provided it’s not overboard) because I think many of us don’t really get enough mutual affection or appreciation in our lives. I might be doing so myself if I hadn’t had experiences at a fairly young age that caused me not to trust most people until I get to know them reasonably well. Insecurities are a bitch, so if I managed to ease yours - even if only momentarily - just by saying what I thought when I saw your picture, then I’m glad I could do that for you.
