If this was implemented, wouldn’t it just backfire on new users? Anyone who is regularly spamming posts would just wait out the default new user time before they started spamming.

Adding it as an option isn’t a bad idea, I just don’t think that a default should be set.

Are the default keycaps backlit through the key icons? As in, does the backlight shine through the letters or only around the bottom of the key?
