I’m curious what this means. Will this retroactively apply to people who have already changed their sex? Does the government even have records of the sex change? Can you request they be destroyed?

You know the US’s policy on climate change? It’s based on science denial and therefore incoherent, so it ends up being whatever’s expedient. It’ll be like that. Reality will be whatever is convenient for the administration.
