They failed with the smart ones, so that might be an improvement.
The problem is many government and need-to-live-comfortably services tend to require a non-dumb phone, and the number of services is only increasing
a tablet at home for “need-to-live-comfortably services” and a dumbPhone in your pocket
a solution some people already chose
