    Fedora: the popular rich girl.

    Arch: the insufferable geeky nerd who reminds the teacher about the homework.

    Mint: the new kid.

    ChromeOS: the one who is desperately trying to fit in and be cool.

    Manjaro: the one who vapes in the bathrooms.

    Ubuntu: Tries to be like the bookworm, but reads comics instead of novels.

    Gentoo: the perfectionist who insists on doing every part of the group project.

    LFS: the principal.

      Mint has not been the new kid for ten years plus. The first iterations of Mint was in 2006.

      Mint is the kid that everybody likes despite not even sharing any interests.

        The new kid probably because of new users, rather than it being a new distro.

        They probably moved from one school district over, so they know a few other kids but not that well.
