I used to drink this in the 90s. Back before anime went mainstream, we had one little anime shop in my town that sold all kinds of cool Japanese stuff. They even sold PS1 ext port mods so you could play copied and imported games!
Then you also learned about one of my favorite Japanese snacks: yakisobapan! It’s delicious
Also Ramune is delicious and the clink of the marble is right up there with the buzzing of cicadas for its ability to put me right into that summer frame of mind.
