I’ve had an LG OLED tv for about 5 years, no burn in yet.
Samsung for 4 years. Same. Never had to run the burn in recovery thing.

I have one from 2008. Still works great. LG OLED.
No offense, but I doubt you have an LG OLED from 2008.
