Nuke it
Either “heat it up in the microwave” or “throw it into the microwave.”
Outside of the more usual “microing” (not in English though, sounds a bit wonky in English but less so in our language), we do use “nuking” a lot.

I’m in the zap it gang, but I think I’ve used nuke it occasionally too.
