The Expanse does a good job delving into somewhat realistic internal solar system travel/physics in the not too distant future and politics of Earth vs Mars vs asteroid “Belters” factions
I went into it as a fan of the books, so your experience may be different, but it was DOPE.
“DOPE” is probably the most succinct way to describe it. It’s a helluva good watch.
I went into it never having read the books. Best damned sci-fi series I’ve seen in a very long time.
I’m currently reading (listening to) the books after watching the show and the books are also DOPE. I know some things were changed but man the show had phenomenal casting.
After watching the series I wanted to get the books, but I can’t find a copy that doesn’t have Amazon slapped all over it.
